We've got this strange picture of to women behind the challenge name given limo. After feeding yandex.com with this picture, I found some results pointing to the music video for a song from the band Aphex Twin. In the music video we see two guys in a cabrio, which is *"dogded away" by the limo. This is the moment. Just count the windows and you've got the full flag!
